Product Description
   Supercritical expansion systerm also called supercritical foaming equipment, it is an emerging physical foaming technology. In the preparation process, the supercritical fluid medium is first injected into a special device, so that the medium and the molten raw material are sufficiently uniformly mixed / diffused to form a single-phase mixed sol, and then the medium is precipitated to form a large number of bubble cores by changing the pressure. In the subsequent cooling molding process, the bubble nuclei inside the sol are continuously grown and shaped by adjusting and controlling parameters, and finally a qualified microcellular foamed product is obtained.
Advantages of Supercritical Expansion Systerm
1. Designed and manufactured according to client requirements in compliance with ASME standards;
2. Two kinds of gas pipelines, which respectively meet the supply of CO2 and N2;
3. PLC control system: simple operation, one-button automatic operation, and multi-language operation interface for switching. 
4. The kettle body is sealed with a self-tightening seal and a safety interlock device ensures zero pressure operation to avoid injury. 
6. Unique muffler device, low exhaust noise, meet environmental protection requirements;
7. The heating method is diversified, and the electric heating plate and the thermal oil pipe are selected;
8. The overall strength of the equipment is high, the door opening device is good in rigidity, does not deform, and has a long service life.
