Guide Rail
The guide rail refers to the parts installed on both sides of the side core-pulling slider to ensure that the side core-pulling slider moves back and forth according to a certain track. The side core-pulling slider is a common part of the side core-pulling mechanism, which is mainly suitable for the occasions where the outer surface of the formed product has a concave-convex shape or a side hole.
In order to prevent sintering of the sliding parts, it is recommended to use a self-lubricating sliding plate on the bottom surface of the side core-pulling slider.
