The 6 inch sand lifting pump which is specially designed by OCEAN Pump is correspond with foreign diving pumping pump parameters. The 6 inch sand lifting pump has four pump types such as ZJQ150-15-15, ZJQ150-22-22, ZJQ150-30- 30 and ZJQ300-20-37, etc. The applicable range of 6 inch sand lifting pump flow is roughly 100-300 cubic meters, and the head is 15-30 meters.

One of Indonesian customer called us to order sand lifting pump for mine operation in October of 2019. He had used a 6 inch sand lifting pump from a well-known Japanese brand to extract the tailings before.  However, due to the high price of the previous products, now he wanted to buy alternative slurry pump from China. After comparing so many companies of slurry pump manufacturers, he decided to buy the sand lifting pump from us. The reasons are  that we have long business history, professional R&D team, one stop solution service and so on.

According to customer’s parameter curves, the technical engineers of Taian OCEAN Pump selected three types of 6 inch sand lifting pump for him. They were zjq150-15-15, zjq150-22-22 and zjq300-20-37.

To rebound to customer’s trust, we also provided the test data of these three pump types. The three 6 inch sand lifting pump were pulled to the test bench after production finished. We contacted International authoritative testing agency SGS came to our factory to test the parameters and effects of the three 6 inch sand lifting pump. The test result met the design requirements and the test report was issued.
