8. If I want to order an item but I don't have any art number to quote on any catalog, can you produce it for me?
-Yes! What you need to do is take a photo and send to us. We will give it an initial indetification. If we might be able to make it, you can then send us some sample, about 100g, as a reference for production.
9. Can we customize the packing with our own brand?
-Yes, you can customize your packing with an amount of order. The manufature of new packing will take extra time, so please contact us for more detail.-Or, as a lot of our customers would like, we can also provide loose packing (25kg/bag) which might be easier for your arrangement in the future.
