A:Our main products are drawer slide ,cabinet hinge ,piano hinge and so on.
Q2: IS it possible to add client's logo on the products ?
A:Yes,OEM service is acceptable.
Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5 days if the goods are in stock. if no goods in stock will according the quantity.
Q4: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q5: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance ,70%balance before shippment or against the BL copy
Q6: What should we do if goods are received with some quality problems?
A: All goods have been inspected during the assembling and packing. If there are some quality problems, such as finish problem, damaged problem, please kindly take some photos and show for us, also please show us the carton picture . After we clear the problem, we will talk with you and deal a way to solves it.
