4.Sea transportation is recommended for large quantity with not urgent need. it shall takes 15~50 days on the sea from Shenzhen/HK port to requested destination.
5. We can arrange air shipping if you are requesting for it.

For customized orders, please kindly provide the following informations:

1. Material thickness: We provide 1~20mm thick acrylic, or can be thicker as you want;
2. Colors: Transparent / Semi-transparent / Full / Customized as pantone (1C/1C 2C/2C 3C/3C 4C/4C);
3. Need Logo or not: better to see logo picture;
4. Packing: Simple packing (PE bag+cartons) /  Individual Packing (PE bag+inner box+cartons);
5. Quantity demanded;

6. Any other request if you have;

Q: What’s your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 500 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. The price of the products is still based on the quantity enquired, so the lower the quantity, the higher the price. We hope you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and feeling our service.

Q: Can we get a sample for reference?
A: We are glad to send samples for your checking.
Ready stock sample can be free, but you may asked to pay the express freight.

Q: How long is the lead time of the samples?
It takes 2-3 days for existing samples. But if you want your own design, it will take a few more days, depending on your specific requirements.

Q: What format of the file should we submit for customized design?
We have our own design team in house. JPG, AI, CDR and PDF are all ok.

Q: What is the lead time?
A: 15- 30 days after samples confirmation and deposit.

Q: Can you print our band on the product?
A: Yes, of course. The brand and logo can be printed on the product.

Q: How many colors are available?
We accept customized colors according to the Pantone Matching System.

Q: How to confirm the quality before starting the produce?
A1: We can provide samples and you can choose one or more, and then we make the quality according to that.
A2: Send us your samples, and we will produce according to your quality.

Q: How to solve the quality problem after sales?
A: Take photos of the problems and send us.
After we confirm the problems, within 3 days, we will make a statisfactory solution for you.

Q: What is your payment term?
