It applies whole edge pressing principle ,the whole long frame edge is under pressure ,as well as the short frame edge .Moreover,the high precision servo motor can ensure the pressure acts on the long frame edge and short frame edge at the same time .At present ,the frame machine in the market can only realize closet frame and cabinet frame assembling ,or only can realize indoor face assembling .But SAGA Hf universal smart framer and cabinet frame assembling ,like closet door frame ,cabinet door frame ,room door frame ,end table ,thick table top with mortise and tenon.As a heavy type framer ,it has a strong compatibility.

1.Only 10 seconds or decades seconds for glue solidify,at the same time, heating and pressing, avoid of cracking of glue line. 2.Quick setting, no need base plate.

Main Features

1.Heavy duty
The structure of whole machine is heavy, using 32mm ball screw, 30mm linear guideway and heavy framer platform. It can make heavy solid wood frame,but light duty frame assembler cannot do.
2.Precision
The precision for assembling is under 0.3mm.
3.Quick setting
Only need to type the work piece size, the machine can adjust the size automatically, no need to adjust manually. The user also can scan the frame, the machine can match the designing size in drawing and set it automatically.
4.Assembly line
It can connect with next step in assembly line.
5.Individual smart control system
The control system and the machine is separately, the operator no need to move, equips with Saga humanized control interface, easy to use. The servo motor system is adjusted. Servo transfer system with photoelectric sensor is more precise.
6.Multi point heating system
Total 8 multi points, can heat separately, to meet the requirement for multi size frames. No need to move the frame manually and heat the door frame twice like the assembly machine with six heating points

We offer FOB, CIF, CNF EXW price, we accept TT/LC or other negotiate.
In stock: 100% payment
Not in stock: 30-40% deposit for confirm the order, rest is paid before shipment, some customized machine may need 50% deposit. 

2.How long for delivery?

Some standard machine or commercial machine, always in stock, for high value machine or customized machine, may takes 30-40days production. 

3.After sale and warranty?

Most machine got 1 year warranty except some consumption spare, all spare within warranty period is free for change, in the condition that machine is running according to the manual book(saga got rights for explain).

4.Installation for complex machine.
