1. Using EFD induction heating equipment. Using induction brazing technology, more heat can be transmitted on the material per unit area, thus promoting faster heating. Easy to monitor and regulate, can reduce the risk of overheating, thereby avoiding the production of stomata and joint performance degradation. In addition, as induction heating generates heat both inside and outside the base metal, it can reduce the risk of low adhesion. Equally important, induction heating can also improve the working environment and improve safety.

2. The WEISS divider in Germany is used to accurately divide the working position, and the turntable multi-station structure is more efficient. 

3. The proportional valve is used to control the pressure of silver sheet, so as to achieve better welding quality. Use photoelectric/laser sensor to judge the position of workpiece and position; 

4. Use FESTO brand pneumatic components, Schneider PLC, touch screen and other brand components to improve the stability of welding machine and ensure product quality;

5. Modularization of tooling structure. The clamping device of the tooling can be opened by using the gear-rack labor-saving mechanism with a small force applied to the handle. Each part is manufactured with copper material, and the parts close to the welding head are heated by cooling water and induction heating, while avoiding heating.

 6. The cylinder pressure is controlled by proportional valve at the welding station to adjust the pressure of silver sheet, and different pressures can be set at each station, so that the workpiece produced by each set of tooling has good consistency. 

7. Dual water cooling stations and two sets of workpiece cooling lifting devices are used in the unloading station, which greatly improves the efficiency of the equipment.
