High Frequency Wood Panel Press For Gluing combines high frequency dielectric heating with 2 directions pressure(vertical pressure and horizontal pressure),is suitable for finger joint or edge glued board jointing or gluing the rim ofRF Press Solid Wood Edge And Face Laminating Machine For Sale solid door or other wood block gluing.
1.Effective Heating.As a fast joining method,HF edge gluer applies high frequency dielectric field to act on glue or water molecule selectively.The heat is produced from the friction of polar molecule,and the wood itself is not absorbing power.
2.Perfect Joining.With vertical hydraulic pressure,the joining result is high quality flatness.The horizontal pressure is fixed based on wood board density and thickness,ensure effective guing result.
3.Insecticidal Sterilization.The water and protein of the ovum are also absorbing HF.All is killed under HF.
4.No bending and uniform humidity. The glue is curing quickly when the hydraulic cylinder is pressing.At the same time,the wood board,where the humdity is higher,is also heated by HF,realize uniform humdity after joining.And the wood board will maintain a good quality flatness for a long time.

Like 2.5cm thickness wood board gluing,2-3 minutes is enough.
