Circular gear pump structure characteristics
This series of gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal, etc.The gear is made of double arc sinusoidal shape.Its outstanding advantages compared with involute gear are that the tooth profile has no relative sliding in the meshing process of the gear, so the tooth surface has no wear, smooth operation, no liquid phenomenon, low noise, long life and high efficiency.The pump got rid of the traditional shackles, which made the gear pump enter a new field in, and use.
The pump is equipped with valves for overload protection, and the total backflow pressure of the valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump.It can also be adjusted separately according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range.However, note that this valve cannot be used for long-term pressure relief valve work. It can be installed separately on the pipeline when necessary.
