PE pipe production line

The PE pipe production line adopts the high-efficiency extruder with special HDPE and PE pipe, the screw

adopts the structure with barrier and mixing head, and the barrel adopts the new slotting machine barrel,

which has good plasticizing and mixing effect, large extrusion volume and very stable

PE water supply pipe is made of special polyethylene by a plastic extruder. It is used in urban water supply

network, irrigation diversion project and agricultural irrigation project. It is especially suitable for plastic

pipe in acid-alkali and corrosion-resistant environment. PE pipe adopts hot-melt and electric hot-melt

connection to realize the integration of interface and pipe material, and can effectively resist the annular

stress and axial impact stress generated by pressure, and PE pipe does not add heavy metal salt stabilizer,

the material is non-toxic, does not scale, does not breed bacteria, and avoids the secondary pollution of

drinking water.

Production line features：
1. PE pipe production line is a screwing die designed for HDPE and PE large-diameter thick wall pipes. The die head has the characteristics of low melt temperature, good mixing performance, low cavity pressure and stable production. 
2. The PE pipe production line adopts the proprietary sizing and cooling system, water film lubrication and water ring cooling, to meet the requirements of HDPE and PE materials, to ensure the high-speed production of thick wall pipe is stable in diameter and roundness. 
3. The PE pipe production line adopts the specially designed multi-stage vacuum sizing box to control the vacuum degree to ensure the dimensional stability and roundness of HDPE and PE pipes. 
4. The operation and time of PE pipe production line are controlled programmatically by PLC, with a good man-machine interface. All process parameters can be set and displayed through the touch screen.
