Product Description
Introduction
The unit is consist of frame, rotate mechanism, power mechanism, and knife mechanism. The principle is that select the tire bead as a prop point and place it on prop mechanism, then adjust it too tightly.
Start the machine at low speed by slow down the transmission part; a knife is set on the knife seat and it can be forward and back at one’s ease. Meanwhile, the tire rotating at low speed, the knife cut into the tire to cut open it successfully.
Application: Be utilized in separation among the tire crown, tire side-wall and bead of waste tire, which is the first process of reclaiming waste tire.
