a) Egg loading

First, Worker put the eggs onto the roller belt manual 

b) Washing

Special washing brush and warm water wash the dirty eggs 

c) Drying

Water on the eggs will be swiped off by the second brush, and at same time eggs will be dried by strong heated wind generated by
drying fan.

d) Printing (optional)


After being dried, eggs will be printed by the cartridge printer, the position where code is printed is in the middle of eggs (between the bigger head and the smaller head).

e) UV

The UV system uses Ultra Violet technology to reduce contamination and bacteria on the shell surface of eggs after washing. The cover ensures that UV ray light stays within the system. The handle beside the cover makes cleaning very easy

f) Grading

Eggs will be sorted into 5 grades by weight in this part.  different grades eggs loading on different board , then worker collect it manual
