Operation of half bag cement mixer:
- half bag cement mixer, Close the valve. Add the water into the grout-making tank and start the tank. The water should flow violently, then,add the cement in a certain ratio. Cement and water is compounded quickly. Stop the motor until the grout is compounded well (about 3 minutes).
- After the grout is compounded well, start the store tank.Turn the valve handle to open the valve, the grout is discharged into the store tank. After discharging, close the valve.
- Open the discharge valve of the store tank and start the grouting pump to do the grouting work.
- Repeat 1 and 2.
- Clean the grout-making tank and store tank in time after the work finish
