Habio Mid Temperature Alpha Amylase Description

Habio Mid-temperature Alpha-amylase is obtained by deep fermentation of Bacillus Subtilis. It is widely used in manufacture of alcohol, brewery, monosodium glutamate, starch sugar, liquification in fermentation process, textile, dye & printing, desizing in papermaking, feed industry etc.

Definition of Mid Temperature Alpha Amylase Activity

One unit of enzyme activity is marked as U/g or U/mL, and defined as one gram solid enzyme powder or one milliliter liquid enzyme liquefies one gram soluble starch in one hour at 60℃ and pH6.0.

Characteristics of Habio Mid Temperature Alpha Amylase

1. Optimum operation temperature: 30℃-70℃;

2. Optimum operation pH: 5.0-7.0.
