Standard configuration of KEDA SCS Truck Scale(weighbridge):
Truck scale (weighbridge) platform, high accuracy weighing load cells, weight indicator, junction box and shield cable are necessary parts of a basic truck scale (weighbridge). Printer, scoreboard and computer management system are optional so as to complete the requirements of data management and transmission on the higher level.
The SCS Truck scale(weighbridge) is available in both surface and pit mount designs. Key features include:
- Low profile deck design-30cm high
- Dimensions from 6x3m up to 24x3m
- Modular panels made of U or I steel beams with thickness 6/8mm
- Rolling surface composed of steel plate with high thickness 8/10/12/14mm
- Skidproof design for surface platform (optional)
- Easy access to load cells and junction box through removable access hatches on the surface platform
- High precision compression load cells, bridge type IP68 digital ZEMIC model with CE & OMIL certificate
- Finishing in industrial epoxy paint colour
- Suitable for an intensive usage.
