      Located in the bridgeheads of Hangzhou Bay Bridge, Cixi, Ningbo Munici-pality, the company is constitute of two factories. They are in Guanhaiwei Town and Xinpu Town respectively.
      The company set up in 2013, whose predecessor was Energy-saving In-strument Fittings Factory. Start from 1991, the factory began manufacturing textile machines, air condition and cars etc. It is well equipped with over 200 CNC machines and automatic machines. High pressure water leak stopping needles, high pressure grouting machines as well as polyurethane grouting material began to be produced and marketed since 2006, water stopping needles in particular. It's annual sales in 2016 was 118 million. The products have been sold to Russia, Malaysia, Turkey Hong Kong and 28 domestic provinces and cities. It is the largest manufacturer of water stopping needle in China and occupies a large market share.
