We work only with our own manufacturing facilities and facilities where careful audit, long standing relationships and our own QC staff insure that our strict standards are met. We insure good working conditions where ever we produce. We use only EU approved dyes and chemicals in our dyeing and finishing and carefully monitor and control waste water. All of the cotton we use is organic and is traced through our whole process from field to garment by ECOCERT, a leader in organic certification for 20 years.

1. What's the minimum to order?
Available in stock,no minimum to order, price is upon quantity.
2. Returns and exchanges
Hemp Fortex gladly accept returns and exchanges please contact us within 14 days of delivery, ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery to our warehouse.
Please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or invoice so we know from whom the product is being returned.
Items may not be returned if they have been cut, dyed, or altered in any way.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
3. When will online order be shipped?
Order with quantity less than 20Y will be sent out within 5 business days after order received.
Order with quantity more than 50Y, will be inspected and sent out within 7 business days.
It will take estimated 5-7 business days to be arrived. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
4.Suggested wash label for hemp fabric.
