Att : Our charcoal chiken rotisserie have 3 kinds skewers,the standard skewers for normal standard chickens.

The flat basket skewers ( portuguese skewers) for open chicken ,fish,sea food and vegetables .
and the pig/goat skewers for roast small pig and goat.

The charcoal rotisserie  is very easy to operate ,you just need put the chicken on the skewers and it is will have a button for turn on the electricity,you just need turn on the button ,it is will rotating by itself. It is use charcoal to cook the chicken.The charcoal is normal BBQ charcoal ,you can buy from market.
 
It is will take about 30 mins fully cooked the under layer chicken,and then you put the under layer chicken on the top layer (keep warm) and move down the other two layers chicken down.Every tier have 4 Skewers,every skewer can hold 6 chickens.
So each layer hold 24 chickens together,total can hold 72 chickens.
