The pipe is a special welded pipe for the roller, the ellipticity is between0.4mm and 0.6mm, and the radialrunout of the produced roller is 0.7mm or less. The shaft is a cold drawn bar for high-precision rollers, which has good corrosionresistance, strength and hardness.
The bearing seat is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate.After repeated stamping, the wall thickness is uniform, the precision is high and is smooth and burr-free. Sealed to the national standard double labyrinth seal 7pcs, 4 of which are nylon and 3 piecss of iron, which can be good for dust-proof, water proof, anti corrosion, wear-resistant, cold-resistant.
