1. Brief introduction.
Our new designed machine combining two functions together: ATC cnc router and Plasma cutting.
- CNC router with the 2.2kw atc water cooling spindle, engraving and cutting on nonmetal materials.
Such as wood, acrylic, mdf, foam, plywood, etc.
- Plasma cutter with plasma cutting head for cutting metal materials. Such as aluminum, copper, iron,
carbon steel, stainless steel,etc.

3. Details images.
- Double heads. Could cut thick and hard metal with high speed plasma,while still have precise milling and working accuracy with atc cnc router spindle. 
- Beijing Starfire controller panel for plasma cutter. With independent THC function for plasma head.
- Richauto DSP controller system. Model B57, can operate atc cnc router easily, no need computer. 
- Controller cabinet. With all electrical components and controller motion card.
- Leadshine easy servo motor and driver H2-758. The black driver is Leadshine M860 for the 4th axis rotary.
- The ATC cnc router with atc tool sensor and 4pcs linear tool holders, can change tools fast speed.
- Double table. Machine is sawtooth table combined vacuum/T-slot table. The sawtooth table is removable.
So when do plasma metal cut job, can put the table on vacuum table directly.
Optional parts:
- 4th axis rotary device. Can work for cylinder materials, for example, engraving table legs, wood stairs.
- The machine will be produced after received your deposit. After the machine is ready, we will show you the machine photos and the testing video.After you agree, please finish the balance. Finally, we arrange the delivery. (The package is standard export plywood,customized for every size machine.)
