Q1. Can I get samples for review ?Yes, you can get samples for review.Please send us US$60.00 to US$80.00 samples charges (depends on your country location, which affects the courier charges). We will send you samples by courier upon received of samples charge.
Q2. If I need samples with my logo / PMS match, how much is the cost ?
Charges for customized PMS, printing samples is as following:
- Pantone setup charge: US$60.-/pantone
- Print setup charge: US$30/color
- Laser engraving setup charge: US$50.-/logo
- Embossing / stamping setup charge: US$200.-/logo
Q3. What is your sample / production lead time ?
- Sample lead time: 7 working days
- Production lead time: 35 days after order.
Q4. I am not going to pay any charges for my samples, can I still get a sample for review?
Yes, you can still get samples (without logo) for review. In this case, we will ship out this sample by registered air mail or some lower cost courier service fully at our cost. And you will get your samples late. Tracking of samples may not be possible.
Q5. What shipment terms are quoted in the prices shown on advertisement?
Price shown on advertisement are base on Ex-Hong Kong warehouse price or Ex- Hui Zhou factory price. Additional transportation fees would be needed as following:
(A) For very small shipment, (below 5 cartons to overseas), we would suggest using freight courier for shipment.
(B) For local China delivery shipment, there might be local transportation cost needed, but this depends on order quantity and place of delivery. Usually for larger order, we could absorb local China courier delivery cost and send goods to warehouse free of charge.
(C) For FOB ocean shipment, we will arrange shipments through Hong Kong sea port or Shen Zhen sea port. Since local handling charge for an ocean shipment is expensive, there would be an additional local handling charge added if the shipment is too small.
(1) For ocean shipment amount less than US$2,000-, an extra local handling charge of US$400- would be needed.
(2) For ocean shipment over US$2000.- but below US$3,500-, an extra local handling of US$200.- would be needed.
(3) For ocean shipment over US$3,500.-, we will cover all necessary ocean FOB handling cost.
Q6. Do you make OEM products ?
Yes. We make OEM products for customer. A tooling charge would be needed to do so.
