Pallet Shuttle racking works principle
1: Storage
The goods are placed in the front of the rail of the aisle by forklift truck. Then the WAP-1 shuttle operated by radio remote control and carry the pallet goods runing on the guide rails .
2 Pick up goods:
THE WAP-1 shuttle move the pallet from the bottom of the rack to the front of the rack, and use the forklift to remove the pallet goods from the rack.
3 Mobile WAP-1 shuttle:
The shuttle can be placed in different lanes by a forklift, and multiple lanes can share a WAP-1 shuttle. The number of WAP-1shuttle is determined by comprehensive factors such as the depth of the roadway, the total amount of goods, the shipment batch,and the frequency of shipments; the solution of this warehouse is composed of a trolley pallet rack with a certain number of racksand a trolley. System composition of pallet storage, transportation and storage. The space utilization rate is more than 80%!
