Tiles Fixing Instructions
- The Final Floated coat of the wall to be tilled should be with wood flat finish and coating should be completed at least two weeks before tilling begins.
-The bedding mix used for fixing the tiles must not contain less than three part of sand (100 mesh) to one part of cement by volume.
-The bedding mix should be used within its time limit, mix must be discarded.
-The tiles should be immersed in clean water for at least 12 hour before tilling.
-The tiles should be fixed as soon as surface water is gone.
-Variation of size and weight occurred some times due to clay product.
-Before fixing tiles lay them in desired and acceptable pattern.
NOTE : ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN TILES SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO OUR NOTICE PRIOR TO FIXING NO CLAIM SHALL BE ENTERTAINED ONCE THE TILES ARE FIXED. MIXING OF LIME WITH CEMENT, CARELESS MIXING OR DELIBERATE USE OF RICH MIX WILL LEAD TO WALL TILES FAILURES.

Other technical specifications checked include skid resistance, breaking strength, density, frost resistance, chemical resistance, thermal shock resistance, color resistance, thermal expansion, stain resistance, moisture expansion and glossiness. Thus, provide high-quality products, which perfectly meet the requirements and specifications of our customers.
It is also our sincere endeavor to negotiate with the shipping lines/air lines quite effectively to get economic freight quotation in CFR/CIF/CPT/CIP Contracts so as to pass on the benefits to our valued buyers.
Due to our packaging we are able to minimize the loss of breakage in transportation. Each box of tiles are packed in a cartoon and then each box is shirked wrapped to ensure safety of the material. We can even customize the packing as per the needs of our customers.
