●Anti-Ultra Fine Particle(dust less) Type series are heat resistant paints and not only strong from heat attack but also good heat absorption and transfer from room temperature to 400～500 degree Celsius.
The coating can efficiently absorb the heat of the halogen lamp and transfer it to the parts and the feature of this coating is that there is little dust (Less Ultra Fine Particles) from the coating and have a resistance for cutting oil.
You can choose from a wide range of experiences for Copy machine, Laser printer, especially for inside of aluminum roller parts.
Anti-Ultra Fine Particle(dust less) Type L-1000 and L-500 requires only primer coat once and L-300 requires primer coat twice.
After coat baking (350℃) make coating surface good enough for Anti-Ultra Fine Particle(dust less).
