Laser dark no cut transfer paper are designed for the heat transfer of full color images with fuser oil or oil-less laser color copiers or color laser printers to light, white, dark, or black fabrics. There is no need to trim the paper.

Laser dark no cut transfer paper are self-weeding and leave no background plastic polymer yet produce a soft, pliable, and highly durable product.

What you need?

1. T-shirt Laser Dark Self-Weeding Transfer Paper. (Transfer Sheet A Film (A) + Adhesive
White B Paper (B))
2. Laser Printer (equipped with high temperature printing function Ex: OKI laser printer and
white toner included).
3. A Flat Heat Press Machine.
4. Dark-colored T-shirt, dark cotton or polyester textile, dark color cloth, cotton napkins and
handkerchiefs etc.

Instructions:

Pint Setting

1.Print the image in reversed/mirrored format onto the “transparency film”.
2.For OKI white toner laser printer setting:
3.Paper type: Transparency film. Paper Quality: Multi-Purpose Tray / color.
4.Job Options: fine / Details (600X1200).

5.Special: Mirror Print. Color: Color print. Print Mode: White On.
6.For RIP software: Paper type: “transparency” and mirror type.

Transferring Step:

1. Printing for A film (semi-transparent side)
2. Placing downward B paper  glossy side to transfer on A film printed side. and cover the grease paper. That becomes a transferred film 
3. On the transferred film , hot peel B paper off from A film by regular hand speed and power.
4. Cut around the design to remove the excess coating frame. That becomes a trimmed film.

5. Position the trimmed film printed side downward to the garment.
6. Heat press job with the proper temperature & time as suggested parameters listed below and cover the grease paper.
7. Cold peel trimmed film off from the garment carefully with the regular hand speed and power.
8. Confirm the printed durability at garment.
9. Suggested working parameters on transferring jobs, which listed below.
