Step1
Please keep the product level, in order to avoid in the process of curing adhesive solution overflow.
Step2
To keep the product surface clean and dry.
Step3
Mix the agent A and B by weight,that is 3:1,not by volume,then stir them well to avoid during incomplete.
Step4
Let the mixed well glue be there for about 5mins,do not apply it until there is few bubbles.
Step5
Apply the stir-well glue on the product surface in time,and use out ASAP.
Step6
If for table surface,you can heat the glue by oven or other heat drying machine ,the temperature should not be more than 120 degree.
Step7
If you want it to be much more glossy and smoothness,you can polish it after cured.
Notes
If you have the vacuum machine ,use it to avoid the bubbles before you apply the mixed-well glue on the products; if not during the applying process and there is bubble you can remove it with your fire gun.It is much easier to operate and you can buy it anywhere.Or if do not have fire gun ,use the hot water to remove bubbles

Standard Package : Per carton epoxy resin AB glue include 3 bottle 5 kg A glue and one bottle 5 kg B glue. One package net weight is 20KG total .
First we use
Bulk package : 25KG one barrel or customize as your request.
Outside the carton we use Packing belt to tight , then we use winding PET stretch film to wind the goods playing a role of water-prof , moisture resistant. then we do pallet or wooden box.
Storage method
Packaging and storage
1. A and B glues should be stored separately in a cool, dry and ventilated place. The container must be sealed and the storage period is 6 months.
2, B glue is very sensitive to water vapor, high temperature, must be stored in clear cool, dry place.
3, the mixed glue is used up at one time, can not be used next time
Delivery :
From we confirm the order to you receive goods , there is a process.
If there is stock ,the delivery day can be as fast as 3 days.
If there is no stock, first time inform factory to start producting , it will take 20-30 days to prepare goods.
Then it will take about 3-5 days for delivering to port of loading and customs clearance.
Shipping time depends on the port of destination.
