Fourdrinier Wire Section:
1.Fourdrinier wire section consist of wire table, breast roll and landing device, dehydration components, guide roller, scraper,high/low pressure water sprayer, spray nozzle, tensioner, corrector, white water tray, drive wire roller, vacuum couch roller,deckle water needle, guide paper water needle, walking table etc.
2.All the rollers in wire part do dynamic balance, balance quality is G2.5 level.Dry degree of paper comes out from the wire can reach ≥22%, wire part is using cantilever type to change the wire,wire tension is calculated at 7 kn/M. All roller bearings in wire part is using grease lubrication
Headbox Section:
Headbox is air cushion type. The box is made of stainless steel square tube into pulp, use polymethyl methacrylate perforated plate to put pulp, orifice plate diffusing for three level, and the box is welded with stainless steel.Use two stainless steel doctor rollers. The upper and down lip are made by SS,can be used for full-size and local adjustment, and fine turning distance is 130mm. The headbox has the level adjustable function and the upper and lower lip adjustment and fine adjustment function, with the headbox control system, and can be connected with the DCS signal system, to achieve the program logic control. The suitable range of sizing is 1: 2.5, and make polymethyl methacrylate observation hole on the box body,which is easy to observe the height of the pulp.
