Handy Air-powered Pneumatic carton waste stripper with corrugated cardboard

Its pneumatic drive makes it robust and low-maintenance. It is designed for normal waste size and is powered pneumatic motor. For the main use with corrugated cardboard.
For tupstream compressed air maintenance unit is mandatory. The compressed air is removed by this unit of water and then oiled. The oiling by the compressed air maintenance unit is very important for the lubrication of the air motors. Otherwise, a dry run will cause the motor blades to break in a short time.

Application:

1. First arrange the carton boards which needs to be cleaned, make sure

all edges flushed. Before running the machine, please make sure there are

cuts on the four edges of the carton boards. The distance of each cuts

should be adjusted according to different sizes of boards. Makes

breakpoints between boards and waste edges, the margins should be

more than 5mm.

2. Applicable Paper Range: 200-500gsm cartons, single/double corrugated

boards and laminated cartons.
