2:Will you show my person design on your website?
Answer : NO . Each personal design will be keep in secret .
3:IF I want the samples , is that ok?
Answer : YES.
Samples is difference to business ,We love our products and respect our design team.So there is no free samples. So pls check with the ESQ ,we will give you the best service .
4:If I get the bad products ,How to do?
Answer : Firstly I am so sorry to hear that you get the bad products .
Secondary:Pls take bad products photoes and send to ESQ within 5work days after received the parcel . If time is promised We will send to you again for free ; If time is hurry ,we will send the money back .So pls enjoy the shopping .
5:Can I mixed The color?
Yes . In princess we sell in our MOQ ,But Mixed color will be ok . We can Accept .
6:Can I make a small order ? Can I order Less than MOQ?
