In March 2020, a group of professional beekeepers from different districts of the Voronezh region created the first beekeeping, agricultural cooperative "Voronezh apiaries" in the region. The Voronezh region is located in the central part of Russia, 600 kilometers south of Moscow, and is the largest agricultural region of the Central Black Earth Region. in the forest-steppe zone, where ecologically clean wild-growing melliferous plants and massifs of melliferous crops are successfully combined. The climate in the region is moderately continental, without sudden changes in temperature, as a result of which favorable climatic conditions in combination with powerful chernozems contribute to the growth of melliferous crops. large areas of sunflower, rapeseed, buckwheat. And also of industrial importance and giving monofloral honey: linden, sweet clover, acacia, and some others. , which speaks of its special environmental friendliness and quality.
In 2020, the cooperative received a government grant for the purchase of processing equipment. In this regard, the Cooperative has the ability to pack honey in containers of various sizes from 50g. Up to 35kg. At the request of the customer, we can pour honey into the customer's container using the customer's company logo.
Two creamers, which are used both for blending honey and for the production of whipped honey, soufflé honey, and cream of honey, including with the addition of various berries and fruits.
At the moment, the cooperative "Voronezh apiaries" offers 4 types of honey, including a blend: sunflower, rapeseed, buckwheat, lime, on the flowers of sweet clover, and acacia, as well as blended (individual compositions).
The quality of honey complies with the normative documents of the Customs Code of the CU. The implementation period in the CU countries is 2 (two) years from the date of packaging.
The total volume is up to 200 tons per season.
