Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A1: We're a factory with over 6-year experieneces in the manufacturing of Wireless Headphones, TWS in-ear Earbuds, Hi-Res BT Headphones, Noise-cancelling Headphones and more. 

Q2. Do you offer OEM or ODM services?
A2: Yes, both OEM and ODM are welcome. We can provide you one-stop services from design concepts to the completed products. 

Q3. What is your payment terms?
A3: For samples: Will be charged but it will be refunded to you when placing your initial order with us; 
For regular orders: T/T, PayPal or other negotiable terms. 

Q4. What would the delivery time be?
A4: Regularly 15-25 days after our receipt of our customers' 30% deposit and artworks confirmed. 

Q5. What is your MOQ? 
A5: No MOQ required if you buy NIA branded headphones that we have ready stocks. 
2000 pcs per model for OEM order with retail packaging of your label (We accept 500 pieces per color for each model)

Q6. Do you offer any warranty for your headphones?
A6: Yes, we offer 12-month warranty period for all NIA or OEM headphones. Please contact our sales team for more details.
