About material :
The World Flag, National Flag, Country Flags are available in a wide variety of materials, and the duration of them are also different. Here some materials for you choose:
- 68D,100D,150D,300D Polyester for the budget in mind and promo custom flags uses.
- 110gsm,130gsm Knitted Polyester and 130gsm shiny knittedpolyester are durable.
- 500D(Woven / Spun) Polyester are more durable.
About printing technic:
1 side printing or both sides printing as you need, digital printing for complex logo and small quantity/screen printing for simple logo and large quantity.
Single Side: The artwork is printed just on the front-sided flag, the one on the back-sided flag is reverse. It is easy to use and the most common custom flag of all.
Double Side: The artworks are printed on the both sides of flag, they printed on 2 piece of material then sewn together. Both side are correct artwork. They are heavy and need more wind to move it, not most common.
