The Meat Division specializes poultry slaughtering ,cattle and sheep slaughtering, meat processing equipment production lines, and meat processing facilities refrigerated preservation system. In China Several well-known slaughtering and processing enterprises using our professional engineering design and processing equipment.
Gu'an manufacturing base, located in Hebei Province, with an area of 180 acres, the main factory of 60,000 square meters, has 680 employees, including 3 researchers, 13 senior engineers, 28 engineers. The base has 300 sets hot and cold processing equipment, including the laser cutting machine, the boring machine, lathe, planer, grinder, shearing
machine, automatic submerged arc welding machine, gear-hobbing machine, hydraulic bending machines, etc. The base aims at the purpose of "security", "energy conservation”, "keeping improving" ,continuously strengthen and improve its processing ability, reduce energy consumption, improve product quality to meet market trends.

Pre-slaughter handling
Handling of animals pre-slaughter in the meat processing facility is essential for meat quality. We are able to design stables and runways and train your staff in animal handling procedures. Many sources state that the meat quality is determined more by animal handling, not the method of stunning.

We have various stunning options available, including ritual stunning systems.
Pre-dehiding, udder removal
and bung closing
Stainless steel lifting platforms can be adjusted to allow for optimal positioning. The platforms can be positioned vertically to adjust for variations in operator and animal sizes. The lifting platforms can also be adjusted towards the carcass or parallel to the carcass. This special stand design will allow the operator to be more efcient and work in an optimal ergonomic working position.
Dehiding
We have developed several solutions for the fnal dehiding. All the CMEC dehiders have a downward vertical movement to prevent carcass contamination from the dirty part of the hide.

Head removal and washing
We have developed a special transport device for the removal of the head. This device is provided with a hoisting system and transports the head towards the head washing cabinet. After washing the cattle head is automatically lifted into the inspection conveyor.
Evisceration
Adding value to the carcass drives the evisceration process. We designed evisceration systems based on:

Chilling
Most of today’s modern meat plants are provided with a quick chill tunnel to reduce the carcass temperature as soon as possible and avoid unnecessary weight losses.
Cooling or Equalization rooms
For the installation of the cooling rooms we supply both automatic and manual transport systems.
Dispatch
For an efcient dispatch of the carcasses or meat racks, we provide several solutions for loading the trucks from the internal rail system.
