1. Product introduction
Tungsten-rhenium thermocouple is the highest temperature measurement thermocouple. Mainly applied for vacuum, H2 and inert gas protection environment, the maximum using temperature up to 2300℃. There are two calibrations, C(WRe5-WRe26) and D(WRe3-WRe25), the accuracy is 1.0% or 0.5%.
It has a potential temperature good linear relationship, thermal stability, reliable and cheap price, etc. With display instrument, can directly measure the temperature of the liquid, steam and gas medium. It can partly replace platinum rhodium thermocouple as a high-tech, high temperature electronic thermal power system structure of metallurgy industry engineering and space vehicles, nuclear reactor of ultra high temperature measuring tool.
2. Product feature
(l) silicon carbide (Sic) can be used in the oxidizing atmosphere under 1600 ℃
(2) the molybdenum disilicide tube (Mosi2) under 1600 ℃ in the air and some corrosive atmosphere
(3) tube molybdenum (Mo) used in vacuum under 2300 ℃
(4) tantalum tube (Ta) used in vacuum under 2300 ℃
