1.Batching system
n A variety of aggregates could be weighed at the same time with high efficiency..
n The screw tension device at the tail of belt conveyor adjusts the belt tension freely to prevent belt from slipping and deviation so as to ensure the efficient operation.
n The blocking device at the head of belt conveyor prevents material splashing.

4.Dedusting system
The mixer and silo top is equipped with pulse dust collector, with high efficiency and environmental protection.
5.Mixing system
n The shaft end seal adopts German BHS structure with long service life.
n The lining board and mixing blade are made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron, the angle design is reasonable, the stirring is efficient and fast, and the service life is long.
n The shaft end is equipped with a fully automatic sealing lubrication system.
n The hydraulic oil pump controls the feeding gate, which realizes three-stage opening, and is equipped with manual brake opening device, which runs stably without noise.
6.Control system
The control cabinet with Schneider parts realizes automatic, semi-automatic and manual control. It has the functions of formula input and storage, splash error automatic correction, parameter adjustment, scale calibration, automatic failure diagnosis, automatic alarm and real-time printing.
