A: Our machine'waranty period is 12 months, if the brokend parts can't repaird , we cansend the beyond the warranty period, we can send the new parts replace the broken partsfor free, but you need to pay the express cost. It is beyond the waranty period, we cannegotiate to solve the problems, and we supply the technical support for the whole life ofthe equipment.
