Product Structures
According to the product feature, with customers' use convenience and practical application firmness as principles, its
iron core adopts the high-quality import cold rolled silicon steel slices which are stacked up into a trapezoidal structure of three phases. Each column is divided into some segments, among which to adopt the insulating plate for isolation to ensure that air gap is not changed during operation of reactors. The diplonema package flat copper wire is adopted to wind the lead wire of coil,which is molded and especially dried through the advanced wrapping process to make coil become one solid integral and attain requirements of intensifying mechanical strength and electrical performance of coil, with coil outline neat and aesthetic in appearance.
Technical Features
1.Running shall be periodically inspected to monitor running temper ature and noise of reactors.
2.The porcelain housing of reactors shall be periodically inspected to observe whether there is any oil stain, damage,
crackle and discharging trace and whether coil has any damage and crackle..
3.The dirt accumulated in the porcelain housing and reactor shall be periodically cleaned out to prevent it from
affecting the insulating property.
4.Periodical inspection shall be conducted for tightness of reactor's connection row to see whether there is any
overheating phenomenon.
Main Applications
The dry- -type iron core series reactors are connected in serieswith the shunt capacitor bank, used to restrict over- current and closing surge of capacitor bank caused by ultraharmonics, so as to protect safe and reliable running of capacitor bank, to improve mains voltage waveform, to reduce distortion factor and ensure power supply quality.

1.The product installed inside cabinet shall be accompanied with good ventilated condition and can be accompanied with a cooling fan in aid of thermolysis.
2.The down-lead of reactor shall be firm and reliable, with connecting positions coated with electric conduction paste.
3.The reactor shall be earthed reliably.
4.When ordering reactors, users must write model, specs, system voltage, capacity of capacitor bank, mode of connection and reactance rate clearly.
