The transmission principle of the screw jack
Screw jack can be widely used in machinery, metallurgy, construction, chemical, medical, cultural and health, and other industries. Can according to a certain procedure to accurately control the adjustment of the height of ascension or propulsion, can be directly driven by motor or other power, can also be manually.
The screw jack is composed of a worm wheel speed reducer and a lifting screw rod, and the reduction component is a worm drive, and the worm gear is used to drive the worm gear to realize the reduction.
The center of the worm wheel is an inner screw thread structure, which is equivalent to the nut of the lifting screw rod.
The lifting speed is equal to the input speed reducer worm worm gear divided by the ratio, and then multiplied by the lifting screw rod pitch.
Due to the structure, the screw lift is generally lubricated by grease, part of the series are lubricated by lubricating oil, has the advantages of long service life, more stable than grease series.
