Introduces:
Silicon nitride (Si3N4) bonded silicon carbide (SiC) material is produced by adding industrial silicon paste into artificial aggregate. Under high temperature, Si and N2 reacts with the formula of 2N2+3Si=Si3N4, Si3N4 bonded Sic material is formed by bonding SiC particles tightly. Therefore, Si3N4 bonded SiC material is an excellent refractory with the original properties of SiC. The material has quite high strength even under the temperature of 1700.C has properties of creep deformation resistance and anti-chemical erosion, and has excellent thermal conductivity and wear-resistance. Comparing with other several bonded SiC materials, Si3N4 bonded SiC material has attracted more and more attention.
features:
1,Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide thermocouple protection tube is very hard, mohs hardness is about 9,it belongs to the hardness of the material in the nonmetallic material, second only to diamond.
2,Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide thermocouple protection tube has high strength at room temperature,in 1200-1400 deg, almost keep the same as strength and hardness at the normal temperature. With the use of different atmosphere, maximum safe using temperature can reach 1650-1750deg.
3,silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide thermocouple protection tube has good thermal shock stability, high temperature creep resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, resistance to molten metal such as aluminum, lead, tin, zinc erosion.
Using silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide thermocouple protection tube instead of traditional silicon carbide tubes, can reduce 50% by weight of the kiln furniture, pool cubed out 16% increase furnace, energy saving more than 25%,is the ideal refractories for the enterprise to improve product quality, increase the economic benefit.
