transformers produced by our company are made with the process of automatic vacuum pouring of thin insulating tape padding. Cores are made with high magnetic conductive grain-oriented silicon steel sheets and poured with imported epoxy resin. With imported advanced technology, quality raw materials, scientific management, advanced process and comprehensive testing equipment, the products have the following features:

Coils adopt glass fiber reinforcement and cast with epoxy resin with padding in the vacuum state. The entire pouring and curing process are monitored and spontaneously adjusted by the computer terminal based on the actual conditions. Precise manufacturing process has contributed to the good mechanical properties of the coils which are featured with no crack and no internal bubble, low partial discharge, high reliability and long service life.

· High Saturation Flux Density (1.56 T)

· Low Profile - enables weight and volume reductions of up to 50%

· Low Temperature Rise - enabling smaller compact designs,working temperature -55°C~130°C.

· Low Core Loss - resulting from micro-thin amorphous ribbon (20-30µm)

Q1: What is the Guarantee?

A1: Two years (for free) from the date of B/L. Besides, any of the spare parts can be supplied all the time, that is, during the guarantee period and after the guarantee period.
Important:
a. The efficiency of our Voltage Regulators / Stabilizers are 90% to 95% (some series of them reaches 95%), please don’t let them work overload!
b. Please make sure that all the electric wires are connected correctly according to the electric diagram

Q2: Can we put/show our own Logo on your products?

A2: Yes, no problem, however, the quantity should be a bit big.

Q3: Is OEM/ODM available?

A3: Yes, it is! Our products can be Customized. We have 5 senior engineers in our R&D Dept., we design and produce all kinds of Automatic Voltage Regulators/Stabilizers according to our customers’ specific requirements.

Q4: What is the MOQ?

A4: For the small capacity products (Automatic Voltage Regulators/Stabilizers) of the default configuration, it is 10 sets. For the big capacity products, it is 1 set.

Q5: Can you offer Form A or Form E or C/O ? 

A5: Yes, no problem, we can apply for it from our local government.

Q6: What kind of Certificates do you have?

A6:  CE, ISO9001 and SGS.

Q7: What is the Terms of Payment?
