ZLB type pump is a single stage vertical axial flow pump, the liquid flows along the axial direction of the pump shaft. This type of pump head is low, the flow is large, suitable for suction and delivery of water or physical and chemical properties of other liquids similar to water, the highest temperature of suction and delivery of liquid is 50℃, mainly for farmland drainage and irrigation, industrial thermal power station transmission of circulating water, urban water supply and drainage, dock lifting water level or other water conservancy projects, the use of a very wide range.

Instructions for use
This type of pump is mainly composed of the pump body part and the transmission part.
1.the pump body part:
The pump shaft is made of high quality carbon steel and supported by two rubber (or plastic) bearings. In the process of operation, a good condition is provided for the water to lubricate the bearing. A bearing at the upper end of the pump shaft is mostly above the water surface, so a short pipe is installed on the packing culvert (or sealing cover) for injecting water to lubricate the bearing before starting (after starting the water, the water can be stopped). The neck of the bearing is a bushing of high quality carbon steel coated with hard chromium to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Other main parts such as: horn tube, impeller seat, impeller shell, guide vane body, bearing seat, elbow, packing seat and coupling are made of cast iron. The packing seat is equipped with packing to improve the seal of the pump.
The steering of the pump impeller, seen from the suction inlet, is counterclockwise (clockwise from top to bottom). The impeller shell of the pump (or connected to the guide vane body, water inlet horn) and the two adjacent surfaces of the impeller are spherical, so as to ensure that the blade is installed at any Angle, there is a very small gap between the outer circle of the impeller and the impeller shell, to reduce the loss of backflow water.
According to the use needs, this type of water pump can be used according to: "performance table" speed up or down or adjust the installation Angle of the blade, change the flow and head, expand the range of use. Blades made of high quality cast iron, impellers are static balance correction factory. The blade is fastened to the impeller seat by the blade nut (or the blade tightening ring), and the adjacent surface of the blade and the impeller seat is carved with an Angle line. When the pump leaves the factory, the installation Angle of the blade is generally "zero" degree. The user can adjust the installation Angle of the blade according to the performance table. Before installation, the user must tighten the blade nut again to prevent loosening and accidents.
2.Water pump transmission part:
Transmission mode should be determined when ordering according to the power situation of each region and the user's use needs. There are three transmission methods for ZLB axial flow pump.
(1) Vertical motor direct transmission device:
The motor is fastened on the motor seat by bolts. One end of the drive shaft is connected with the motor by the nylon pillar pin coupling, and the other end is connected with the water pump by the rigid coupling. The drive shaft is made of high quality carbon steel. When the pump is in operation, all the axial force (that is, the sum of the water pressure on the pump impeller and the weight of all the pump rotors) is borne by the bearings installed in the motor seat (or bearing seat). The axial displacement of the pump rotor can be adjusted by the nut in the transmission device, so that the whole pump unit is simplified, convenient installation and maintenance.
(2) Vertical motor triangle belt transmission device:
The vertical motor is fastened on the frame by bolts, and the frame is fastened on the guide rail. The frame can slide on the guide rail through bolts to adjust the tightness of the belt. The radial force in the process of operation is borne by the pulley and the radial bearing on the motor.
(3) Vertical semi-crossed flat belt drive:
The pulley is made of cast iron and is fixed between the bearing seat and the nut and installed on the drive shaft. The radial force of the drive shaft and the weight of the rotating parts of the water pump and the axial force in operation are supported by the ball bearing.
3.pump support:
The body weight of the pump (excluding the rotor part) is borne by the foundation or beam supporting the pump body, and the weight of the rotor part of the pump, the transmission device (including the main transmission part and the power machine) and the axial force of the pump are borne by the floor foundation supporting the transmission device.
4.Drive shaft:
Axial flow pump shaft, should not be too long, otherwise it will bring difficulties to installation and maintenance. For this reason, the length of the drive shaft is stipulated and supplied according to the provisions. When the user orders, the pump room is designed according to the "L" size specified in the installation drawing.
5. Scope of supply of pump sets:
(1) Axial flow pump body 1;
(2) 1 set of transmission device;
(3) 1 set of check valve;
(4) 1 set of special disassembly and assembly tools.
Note: according to the needs of users, can be supplied separately:
(1) Electric motor;
(2)30° elbow pipe, expansion pipe, straight pipe, diffusion pipe;
(3) Wear parts (including blades, rubber bearings, etc.).

pump installation
1. Check whether the pump shaft and drive shaft are bent in the process of transportation, and straighten them if so.
2. The installation elevation of the water pump must be in accordance with the provisions in the installation drawing to meet the requirements of Np allowance and start-up.
3, before the water pool should be equipped with a grille, to avoid debris into the pump. The flow rate of water through the containment shed should not exceed
0.3 m/s is suitable.
4. Before installing the pump, check the installation Angle of the blade, whether it meets the requirements and whether it is loose.
5. After installation, check whether the nuts of the coupling and the sole bolt are tightened. When tightening the nut on the drive shaft and water pump shaft, we should pay attention to the screw direction.
6, drive shaft and pump shaft must be installed in the same vertical line, tolerance is less than 0.03mm/m.
7. Gate valves should not be installed on the water pump outlet pipe. If so, it must be fully opened before starting.
8, when using a check valve, it is best to install a balance hammer to balance the weight of the door cover, reduce water resistance, and make the pump operate more economically.
9. Lubricate the bearing of the transmission device with grease. When repairing, the oil chamber should be removed and cleaned, and the grease should be re-injected with the amount of 1/2~2/3 of the oil chamber to avoid the high temperature rise of the bearing when running. Special attention must be paid to the rubber bearing must not touch oil.
10. Before starting the pump, clean water or soapy water should be injected into the short pipe at the upper part of the filling culvert to lubricate the rubber or plastic bearings. After the normal operation of the pump, it can be stopped.
11. Before starting the pump each time, it should first turn the coupling three or four times, pay attention to whether there is uneven weight and other phenomena. If there is, must try to eliminate the cause of incense before running.
12. Before starting, check the rotation direction of the motor to make it conform to the steering of the water pump, and then connect with the water pump.
13. When the water pump is running, the following points should be frequently noted:
(1) Whether the impeller is immersed in enough depth, that is, whether the inlet water level is too low, so as not to affect the flow or produce noise.
(2) Whether there is friction between the outer circle of the impeller and the impeller shell, whether there is debris around the blade, whether the rubber or plastic bearings are too tight or burned out, so as not to increase the shaft power.
(3) Whether the fastening bolts are loose, and whether the center of the pump shaft and the drive shaft are consistent to prevent the unit from vibration.
