HR-D2 Powder Tapped Density Tester

HR—D2 powder tapped density tester, Powder density refers to the mass corresponding to a unit volume of powder. Because there are voids (or pores) between particles or within particles in the powder, the density of the powder is usually lower than the true density of the corresponding substance. Powder density can be divided into loose packing density (also known as bulk density) and tap density according to different test methods. The loose density refers to the powder sample in a loose state, uniformly and continuously fill a measuring cup with a known volume, and the mass of the measuring cup and the powder sample can be calculated to calculate the loose density of the powder sample. Tap density refers to the density of the powder contained in the container after being tapped under specified conditions, in accordance with the national standard GB/T 5162-2006/ISO3953:1993 (determination of metal powder tap density) and with reference to the United States Pharmacopoeia Density testing equipment has independent intellectual property rights. 

HR-D2 powder tapped density tester is composed of adjustable speed motor, vibration components, microcomputer and micro printer. And the instrument has the characteristics of compact structure, firmness and simple operation.
