Copper melting furnace is a special melting furnace for non-ferrous metals such as bronze, brass and electrolytic copper. It is suitable for copper ingot processing and copper foundry industries.Copper melting furnace main include furnace body and control cabinet. It has the advantages of low energy consumption, temperature controllable, high heating efficiency, compared with other heating methods, effectively reducing energy consumption. This equipment meets environmental protection requirements.
Furnace Body
The furnace body is made by thick aluminum alloy shell to reduce the magnetic leakage and ensure furnace body strength, you can choose to use graphite crucible or make furnace lining
Control Cabinet
The main control board is controlled by microcomputer, and the whole machine is equipped with water temperature, water pressure, phase shortage, pressure limit/current limit protection. Accurate smelting control systems can also be added according to customer requirements.
Tilting Reducer
Furnace Tilting Reducer is used to control the rotary of the furnace body.
The tilting reducer is equipped with three-stage turbine speed. With good self-locking and stable rotary performance.
