Q: Are you a factory or trade company?

A: We are a professional manufacturer of welding helmet/welding filter and trading company of other welding products, integrating with product designs, mass production, quality control, finished goods consolidation, after-sales service and related supply chain management service.

Q: How can you control the quality of products?

A: We have deep knowledge and rich experience in know-how regarding welding products supply chain and quality control which is based on a professional standard quality control system in material inspection, finishing, assembling, and packaging.

Q: Can I place sample order? What's the price of sample order?

A: Yes, you can buy the sample. The sample will be charged reasonably according to the negotiation between us.  

Q: How do you take care when your clients received defective products? 
A: If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment. 

Q: Can I add my logo on the boxes/cartons?
A: Yes,our products and packing are neutral. We accept OEM design and we can make your logo on product and packing.

Q: Do you have products in stock? If not, what is your lead time?

A: Normally we don’t have stock products. We produce the goods after an order is placed. Usually lead time is 30work days, but it may be shorter or longer, depending on the products style and quantity you demand.

Q: What is your payment method?

A: We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Money Gram and PayPal. 

Q: Can we mix items in one container?
A: Yes. you can mix all products on our website

Q: Any discount for large quantity?

A:Yes,better price will be offer according to your order quantity.

1, Payment term: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance against B/L or L/C at sight. and Western Union, PayPal for small amount.  

2, Delivery time: Normally within 30 work days after deposit received.

3, Sample policy: Samples are always available. Samples can be ready about 10 work days once payment received.

4, Shipping port: Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Tianjin. 

5, Discounts: We offer discount for big quantity.
