● Obtain national invention patent;
● It adopts mature technology from Italy and is designed by an Italian team of experts with more than 40 years of experience in research and development of prefabricated components;
● Dimension can be customized according to customer’s requirement;
● The frame of table is welded by high-quality national standard profile steel. The steel plate of surface is made of high-quality steel Q345, the thickness is ≥10mm, the flatness is ≤1.5mm/3meter, and the bearing capacity is 800kg/m2;
● Each table is equipped with an independent hydraulic side tipping device. The hydraulic system is equipped with a lifting safety control system to improve operational safety.
● The surface of table is treated by special polishing process, and the finish can reach 3.2μm, ensuring the appearance of each component is fine;
● The table has vibration device, and it is equipped with several original Italian imported pneumatic vibrators. The speed is up to 11000r/min, and the ultra-high frequency vibration ensures the compactness of each component.
● There is a finned heating tube under the table, and adopts steam to shorten the production cycle and improve production efficiency;
● Multiple tables can be connected, combined into a tilting table production line of any length, and tensioning device can be installed at both ends to produce prestressed component;
●The table can be turned over 80°;
● The tilting table can save nearly 1200 degrees of energy per day compared with the existing circulating production line, and the maintenance cost is very low;
● The tilting can also be used as a “mobile production line”. It is easy to install, and can be transported to the construction for production, reducing component transportation costs and saving transportation time.
