Process introduction
Everyone knows that rolling bearings are composed of four parts: inner ring, outer ring, rollers and cage. HL has achieved full coverage of the four parts in bearing production and processing. The processing of the ferrule starts from the bearing steel rod material is heated and cut at 850 degrees inductance. After forging, the ferrule blank that meets the process requirements is produced. Then after turning, the appearance size of the product is improved, and the heat treatment process achieves the internal structure and hardness of the part material to meet the process requirements under high temperature conditions. The final grinding process further improves product accuracy and achieves the technological requirements of the finished bearing. The rollers and cages are basically the same as the ferrule processing, starting from the raw material to the completion of the finished product.
Tapered roller bearing
The main characteristics of tapered roller bearings are low speed and high bearing capacity. HL’s tapered roller bearings are widely used in automobile axles, engineering machinery and agricultural machinery. HL is the largest supplier of tapered roller bearings in China, and also the domestic manufacturer of tapered roller bearings with the largest variety and the most complete series. Compared with internationally renowned brands, HL bearing can reach 70% of its life, but its price is only 30%. In addition, in the US market, HL enjoys the advantage of permanent zero tariffs for anti-dumping.

Construction
At the end of 2020, HL will relocate to a new production base, covering an area of 220,000 square meters, with a total investment of 150 million US dollars. There will be a national class bearing technology research and development center and R&Dand workshop, a nationally recognized laboratory, four modern dust-free production workshops and an intelligent storage logistics center.
In the new production base, the technology R & D center and R & D workshop and the nationally recognized laboratory will have approximately US $ 15 million investment. The R & D center will be equipped with 40 senior R & D teams, using ROMAX simulation analysis technology to optimize product design and improve product life, simultaneously,independently designing and developing samples for products with customers' special needs. The laboratory is equipped with imported metallographic microscopes, three-coordinates machine, length measuring instrument, residual Austenite detectors, scanning electron microscopes and other physical and chemical testing equipment, vibrometers, performance testing machines and life testing machines.
