1.The installation of fully loaded needle roller bearings is usually carried out with an auxiliary sleeve. At this time, the auxiliary roller or auxiliary sleeve supports the needle roller to prevent the needle roller from falling out. The journal lifts the needle roller with its own chamfer. With the needle roller bearing moving inward slowly on the journal, the auxiliary roller or auxiliary sleeve will withdraw slowly until it is installed to the working position.
2.The outer diameter of auxiliary roll and auxiliary sleeve shall be 0.1-0.3mm smaller than the shaft diameter. During installation, the inner surface of the bearing outer ring shall be coated with grease, and the roller needle shall be placed close to the inner surface (there shall be a gap when placing the last roller needle), then the auxiliary roller or auxiliary sleeve instead of the journal or bearing inner ring shall be pushed into the outer ring hole, and its end face shall be aligned with the end face of the installed shaft or the end face of the bearing inner ring installed on the shaft, and then the pressure shall be knocked with a press or hammer.
3.The needle roller bearing can also be installed in this way, that is, the outer diameter of the auxiliary sleeve is coated with a thin layer of lubricating oil and sleeved into the outer ring of the bearing, so that the auxiliary sleeve and the outer ring of the bearing form an annular hole, and then the needle roller is installed in the annular hole. After installing the needle roller, push out the auxiliary sleeve with the working shaft.
4.For needle roller bearings without inner ring or outer ring, during installation, apply a thin layer of grease on the rolling surface of the shaft or housing hole, and stick the needle roller to the grease at the installation position in turn. When placing the last needle roller, a gap shall be reserved, and the gap shall be 0.5mm on the circumference of the needle roller bearing. The last needle roller cannot be forcibly squeezed in, or one less needle roller can be installed, because when forcibly squeezed, the bearing will be stuck and cannot rotate; When the bearing is installed less, the clearance is too large, which is easy to cause twisting and breaking of the needle roller during bearing operation. For needle roller bearings with only stamped outer rings, since the outer ring wall is very thin, do not knock with a hammer for installation, but press in with a press. Because the pressure is uneven when the hammer strikes, it is easy to cause local deformation of the outer ring of the needle roller bearing.

7. Rolling bearings can be conveniently applied to shafts in any direction in space.

matters needing attention
1.The needle roller bearing has large bearing capacity and is suitable for installing the supporting structure with limited size. The journal surface is hardened as the rolling surface. The bearing is installed into the seat hole with a press fit without axial positioning.
2.An appropriate amount of grease shall be injected into the bearing before installation. Generally, there is no need to lubricate after assembly. BK bearing is used in the support without protruding end of journal. The end face is closed for sealing and can bear small axial movement.

Cause of damage
Generally speaking, 33.3% of needle roller bearings are damaged due to fatigue, 33.3% of needle roller bearings are damaged due to poor lubrication, and the other 33.3% are due to pollutants entering the bearing or improper equipment disposal.
1. Micro dust
Clean the bearing and the surrounding environment. The fine dust invisible to the naked eye is a powerful killer of the bearing. It can increase the wear, vibration and noise of the bearing.
2. Stamping
When the equipment is used to form strong stamping, it is very likely to cause damage to the needle roller bearing or directly knock the bearing with a hammer to transfer pressure through the rolling body.
3. Impact of installation of non professional tools
Use suitable and accurate equipment, try to use special things, and try to avoid using things such as cloth and short fiber. No matter in the laboratory test or in the practical application, it can be clearly seen that the appearance of needle roller bearing under the same operating conditions is the same, and its actual service life is very different.
