The machine adopt two high efficiency screw extruders to extruding the inner and outer layer,the special design spiral construction co-extrusion die head can make sure that the inner and outer layer thickness is uniform,it has the features of stable forming,high processing speed.The forming mould block adopt vacuum forming system ,innertemplate circulate water cooling and auto oil lubrication system.

According to the clientre quirement,the machine can add the steel wire threadin device to make the pipe with steel wire passing.
