2、1；Main structure
2、1、 1 Main frame and protective door
This part is the support of entire machine with high strength and stability. Table board and protective doors are manufactured
with stainless steel.
2、 1 、 2 Conveying system
Includes air conveying,rinsing, juice filling system, sealing and outlet.
2、1、5 sealing system
This part mainly includes a sealing aluminum ring and a sealing copper piece, a bottle holder and a cam lifting mechanism, etc.,
and the sealing is electrically heated. Each sealing head has an independent temperature control display. When the temperature is
too low and the sealing is faulty, the automatic alarm can locate the faulty location and quickly repair. The clip plate is
movable, and the contact surface is more stable when it is sealed.
2、1、6 Capping system
The cover head is used as a magnetic ring to maintain a constant magnetic force. The torque of the cover can be adjusted easily,
that is, it can be grasped or rotated.
The cover head and cover rotation stop knife are made of die steel, the swing rod is made of copper and gold, and the tightness of
the cover can be adjusted at will.
It is equipped with a top cover rod to prevent multiple cover grabs when the capping machine has no bottle. Automatic capping
machine, straighten the bottle cap and send it to the cap grabbing plate.

Washing part composes of bottle washing clamp, upper rotary plate, guide rail, water distributing plate, shield, water spraying device, water tray etc.
Bottle washing clamp rotates with the upper rotary plate, and open the bottle mouth clamp with elastic distortion when contacting the bottle feeding starwheel, which can clamp the bottle neck, then overturns at 180° along the guide rail, bottle mouth may become downwards for cleaning and drying the bottle with water, then overturn for 180°, bottle mouth becomes upwards and then conveyed with the starwheel; shield can prevent sprinkling of cleaning water; water distributing plate can deliver the cleaning water from the still parts to the rotary parts.

This part mainly includes filling cylinders, filling valves, bottle holders and cam lifting mechanisms. The filling valve is made
of 304 stainless steel. It will not block the valve body because the fruit enters the filling valve. The seal is made of special
